PT683D Bi-Flange Remote Transmitter is structured by PT682G Intelligent Differential Pressure Transmitter and welded remote flange with capillary tube. Its working principle is the same as PT682G intelligent differential pressure transmitter, only the pressure transfer path is slightly different: the pressure acting on the side of the remote flange, firstly through the diaphragm on the remote flange and the filling liquid, and then through the capillary tube, and finally to the corresponding positive and negative sides of the measuring sensor.
PT683D Intelligent Remote Differential Pressure Transmitter is used to measure the level, density, pressure and flow of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into 4-20mADC HART current signal output. PT683D can also communicate with HART375 or BST Modem, through which parameter setting, process monitoring and so on can be carried out. Measuring range (when not migrated) is 0-1kPa ~ 2MPa, and the rated pressure of the remote flange is 1.6/4MPa, 6.4MPa, 10MPa, 150psi, 300psi or 600psi respectively.
