ARIPY MFCP903 Series Large Flow Mass Flow Controller is a high-performance digital gas flow controller designed for precise measurement and closed-loop control of large gas flow applications.

Based on differential pressure mass flow measurement technology, the MFCP903 integrates flow sensing, proportional valve control, pressure and temperature compensation into a single instrument, delivering fast response, excellent repeatability and stable long-term operation.

Unlike conventional thermal mass flow controllers, the MFCP903 minimizes gas conversion errors and provides accurate performance across a wide range of industrial gases. With multiple analog and digital communication options, it is ideal for OEM integration, automated production systems and industrial process control.
