MFP102H High Flow Mass Flow Meter
MFP102H High Flow Mass Flow Meter is designed for accurate measurement of high gas flow rates from 300 to 3000 SLM. Based on differential pressure mass flow technology, it simultaneously measures flow, pressure and temperature while providing fast response, high repeatability and stable performance for industrial gas monitoring and process control.

MFP102H High Flow Mass Flow Meter is designed for high-capacity gas flow measurement in industrial applications.
Unlike conventional thermal mass flow meters, its differential pressure measurement principle eliminates errors caused by gas-specific heat capacity variations, providing reliable performance across different gases without recalibration.
The meter simultaneously measures flow rate, totalized flow, pressure and temperature while offering fast response, high stability and multiple communication interfaces for integration into automation and gas management systems.
